Real Estate Role Play Coach is an AI-powered real estate conversation practice and coaching platform. It is designed to help real estate professionals improve communication, objection handling, negotiation, and client conversation skills through AI role-play and post-session feedback.

The platform is provided strictly for educational and practice purposes. AI responses are simulations and should not be relied upon as real-world advice or a substitute for professional judgment.

Real Estate Role Play Coach is not a real estate brokerage. Use of the platform does not create a broker-agent relationship, and the platform does not represent buyers or sellers in any real estate transaction.

The platform does not provide broker supervision. Users are solely responsible for adhering to their sponsoring broker's policies, procedures, and supervision requirements.

Nothing on the platform constitutes legal advice, financial advice, lending advice, tax advice, or real estate licensing advice. The platform does not provide continuing education (CE) credit, certification, or a real estate license. Consult qualified professionals (attorney, lender, CPA, sponsoring broker, or licensing authority) for advice specific to your situation.

Users are responsible for:

• Following their broker's guidance and applicable local, state, and federal real estate regulations.
• Ensuring the accuracy of any information they enter into the platform.
• Not submitting confidential client information, personally identifiable information about third parties, or sensitive material into AI sessions.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

The platform offers a Free Trial (3-day access, one AI role-play scenario) and paid subscription tiers (Agent Pro and Team Plan) billed monthly. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with prior notice.

Users may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current billing period. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.

Real Estate Role Play Coach is a digital, non-tangible service delivered immediately upon subscription. All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were incorrectly billed, contact customer support within 14 days of the charge.

AI-generated client personas, dialogue, and coaching feedback are automatically generated by third-party language models. Content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Users must use judgment and never treat AI output as authoritative.

The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, for misuse, including but not limited to:

• Sharing account credentials or reselling access.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform.
• Using the platform to generate content that violates applicable laws, real estate regulations, fair housing rules, or third-party rights.
• Submitting content that is harassing, deceptive, or otherwise abusive.

Termination for misuse does not entitle the user to a refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Real Estate Role Play Coach and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of business, deals, reputation, or data.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
